One Company From Claim to Finished Room

We start by working directly with your insurance company on the scope of the claim. From there we pack up and store your household items, tear out what’s damaged, and complete the remediation and drying so the space is ready to rebuild.

Then we put it all back together: new floors or refinished hardwood, cabinets and vanities, countertop and fixture resets, insulation, trim and paint. Because we build cabinets and run trim ourselves, the new work blends with what was saved, and your belongings come back to a finished room.

Every project is different.

The final scope depends on what’s found once work begins, what your policy covers, and the materials you choose.

Common Questions

Do you handle water damage from start to finish?

Yes. We work with your insurance company, pack and store your belongings, handle demolition, remediation and drying, and rebuild everything from the floors and cabinets to the trim and paint. You deal with one company for the whole job.

Will you work with my insurance company?

Yes. We work directly with your insurance company on the scope of the repairs, so you aren’t left translating between the adjuster and the contractor. What gets repaired or replaced still depends on what your policy covers.

Do you provide written estimates?

Yes. Your estimate is written out with the materials, quantities, labor and finish work for the project, so you can see what’s included before anything starts.
